This was my first time at Feather Factor and I could instantly tell that Xavier was not only extremely skilled, passionate and knowledgeable, but very hardworking and generous with his time for clients. He took the time to explain the colouring process, guided me through every step of the way, and helped me achieve the exact results I wanted. My hair ended up way shinier and healthier than I expected. 10/10 would visit again.
