Having thick wavey hair and a square shaped face, I have previously always found it difficult to find a hairdresser who understands how to cut my hair that suits me.

Xavier from Feather Factor has been colouring and cutting my hair for the last 5 years and I haven’t been anywhere else. Many times I go in not knowing how I want to cut/colour my hair, but Xavier always provides me with the best advice and hair trends.

Xavier is very particular in his art, understanding my lifestyle - knowing I prefer low maintenance, knowing how to cut my fringe to suit my face shape and helping me choose a hair colour that suits my skin colour. I like that I can just book in an appointment and walk out with fabulous hair.

Xavier is also very honest in his approach and feedback. Most of all, I always get compliments on my hair colour/highlights from random people on the streets.

Lastly, Eleven the colour and support technician is excellent. Her head massages are very relaxing and makes me want to fall asleep. Every time I go to Feather Factor I look forward to Eleven washing and massaging my hair.
